We can spend nice days in this village, sweating and looking to the river Guadiana.

Mus domesticus

A gata Farófia voltou a entrar em acção e, desta feita, trouxe para casa este lindo ratinho, vivo (não é costume). Consegui livrá-lo do par de predadores com que coabito e pus a presa numa caixa. Mais logo vou libertá-lo numa horta urbana aqui perto e mais não posso fazer, ele que se amanhe!

Mus domesticus

My cat Farofia restarted to hunt and this time brought home this beautiful mouse, alive (thats not common). I was succeeded to take it away from the two predators which I live with and putted the prey in a box. Later I will release it in a vegetable garden near by and thats nothing more than I can do.

Que calor!

Com o bafo que esteve hoje, mesmo na praia, só à sombra é que se aguenta.

So hot!

Just can handle the heat that was felt today, in the shade, even being in the beach.

Doente

Há uns anos atrás (penso que em 2005), em Junho, estava eu de cama, com febre e aborrecida quando desenhei a tralha que tinha na mesa-de-cabeceira. Se bem me recordo, o termómetro de mercúrio foi inventado (delírios febris?).

Sick

Some years ago (2005 I think), in June, I was ill, having fever and bored, wen I draw the stuff on the bedside table. Think I invented that mercury thermometer (feverish delirium?).

Aves de rapina

A Falcoaria Real de Salvaterra de Magos pode ser visitada totalmente grátis. Têm várias espécies de falcões, incluindo o famoso Peregrino, um lindo Bufo real, e águias.

O staff da falcoaria é muito simpático e disponível. Sabiam que um falcão em voo picado pode atingir uma velocidade superior a 300 km/h e c. de 25 g´s ? Ah pois é!

Birds of prey

The visits to the Falcoaria Real in Salvaterra de Magos are totaly free. They have many species of falcon, included the famous Peregrine, a beautiful Eagle owl, and eagles. The staff is very nice and serviceable. Did you knew that a falcon in a nose dive can reach more than 300 km/h and about 25 g's ?

Gondomil 2010

Já em 2009 desenhei esta paisagem a grafite. Desta feita, munida de uma esferográfica, centrei a igreja e não consegui acabar a parte de cima. Fica para o ano.

I already draw this landscape in 2009, in lead. This time, with a ballpoint pen, I putted the church on the center and  couldn't finish the top. I´ll try again next year.

De regresso aos bichos mortos, este, oriundo de Armés, Pero Pinheiro, é especialmente dedicado ao Pedro Pereira. Ah, ah, ah!
Ah, e aproveitei para experimentar a técnica de desenho a caneta acabado com grafite, de que o E. Salavisa falou no seu blog.
